Shipping and delivery:

At Bravas Boutique we strive to ship orders within 2 to 4 working days. Bravas Boutique tries to deliver at all times within the specified period, but is not responsible for exceeding the delivery time if, for example, the product is not in stock or the fault of not delivering the product on time is attributable to third parties.

Exchange and return:

Exchange or return is possible at Bravas Boutique if you report this to us within 14 days after purchasing the product. The product must be complete, undamaged and unused and packed in the original packaging.

Do you want to return an item? You can return unused and undamaged items according to the following steps:

  1. Inform us that you want to return the item via the contact form. We will then further instruct you.

  2. As soon as the return shipment has been received in good order and with the return conditions, we will send the new product or refund the entire purchase amount to your account within 10 working days.

  3. The return costs are, depending on the reason for the return, for the customer. We recommend that you always contact one of our employees about this.

  4. Return shipments are at the risk of the customer. Bravas Boutique is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. Always ask your parcel service for a Track & Trace code and keep it safe.

Pay:

Bravas Boutique accepts payments via iDeal and Paypal.

If you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers, you can pay directly with iDEAL. Payment is fast and easy in the trusted internet payment environment of your own bank.

You can also pay quickly and safely with Paypal. You do not need to provide any financial information to Bravas Boutique for this. You can quickly and easily open a free account via the Paypal website.

Whichever payment method you choose, the payment will always be made via a secure SSL connection. Your details are in safe hands with us.

Complaints and remarks:

100% customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do our utmost to deliver good products and corresponding service. Do you still have a complaint? Or do you have a comment, maybe something could be even better? Valuable feedback is very important to us. Please notify us via the contact form . We try to answer you within one working day.

Guarantee:

All our products come with a legal guarantee. For example, Bravas Boutique will ensure that the product is in proper condition and functions properly during normal use. If this is not the case, we ask you to contact us via the contact form and we will be happy to find a suitable solution. Bravas Boutique is not responsible for damage to your belongings caused by one of our products.
